Frequently asked questions.
What makes Women Back to Work different from other career coaching services?
What’s included in the Reignite Your Career course?
How long does the course take to complete?
The course is designed to work around your life, not the other way around. Most women complete it in 4-6 weeks, but because you have lifetime access, you can work at your own pace. Each module is broken into manageable steps that fit between your responsibilities. Need to pause and come back later? No problem. This is your journey, on your timeline.
What if I’m not tech-savvy or haven’t used online learning before?
The course platform is simple and user-friendly, if you can check email, you can navigate this course. Everything is clearly organised and easy to access. Plus, our community is there to help if you have any questions. We’ve had women of all tech comfort levels succeed with this program.
I’m not sure if I’m ready to return to work yet. Is this program still for me?
Absolutely. Many women join us while they’re still in the “thinking about it” phase. The program helps you gain clarity on whether returning to work is right for you, what kind of work would fit your life, and what steps you’d need to take. There’s no pressure to jump into job applications immediately, this is about building confidence and exploring your options at your own pace.
What if I’ve been out of the workforce for a long time (5, 10, 15+ years)?
That’s exactly who we work with. The length of your career break doesn’t determine your value or your ability to return successfully. In fact, many of our most successful members have been out for 10+ years. The Reignite Method is designed to help you see your break as part of your professional story, not a deficit. You’ve been building valuable skills during that time, we help you recognise and articulate them.
I don’t even know what kind of work I want to do anymore. Can you help with that?
Yes! This is one of the most common challenges women face when returning to work, and the Reignite Method specifically addresses it. Through self-assessment exercises and strategic planning tools, you’ll reconnect with your strengths, identify your priorities, and explore career options that align with who you are now, not who you were before your break.
